Payments & Fees

All third-party costs (plugins, hosting, domains, SaaS tools) are paid by the client.
Revisions

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
Project Timelines
Timelines begin after:

Deposit payment is received

All required content and access is provided
Delays from the client side may extend the delivery timeline.
Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client receives ownership of final deliverables (website, designs, code where applicable).

CodeSol may showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project information, documents, and communication confidential.
Third-Party Integrations
We are not responsible for:

The performance of third-party apps, APIs, plugins, or platforms.

Issues caused by software updates made by third parties.
Refund Policy
Because our services require time and resource allocation:

All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are only provided if specifically mentioned in the service agreement.
Limitations of Liability
CodeSol is not liable for:

Revenue loss

Business interruption

Issues caused by hosting providers, plugins, or external tools
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that point.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
